DPJ plans bill to raise people’s awareness of greenhouse gases

In a move to present its own proposal for curbing global warming, the opposition Democratic Party of Japan is planning to introduce to the current Diet session a bill aimed at raising the awareness of people and companies about carbon dioxide emissions, DPJ lawmakers said Monday.
