Thousands of evacuees have flocked into San Diego’s Qualcomm Stadium to escape California’s wildfires. Old and young, rich and poor, more than 10,000 have formed a well-organized refugee camp in the parking lot of the stadium that usually provides a home to the San Diego Chargers American football team.
