  1. Sounds like an interesting way to get something back out of organic waste. But I wonder how much of the overall waste build up problem is due to organic material like food vs. packaging, newspapers, etc. Seems like if there was more emphasis on traditional recycling that would eliminate most of the build up and the organic items such as food would just break down over a reasonable time frame.
